Serve as the sole IT engineer responsible for managing the computer science cell of a national real estate management organization, coordinating technology operations across three departments. Administer a Windows Server 2019 environment using Server Manager, ensuring server stability, performance, and security. Established the office network infrastructure during the organization’s setup phase, including RJ45 cabling, network configuration, and workstation deployment for all departments. Provide ongoing IT support and troubleshooting to maintain network stability and minimize downtime. Coordinate and manage official communication channels, including organizational email and social media accounts. Maintain and service all computer hardware and equipment across the office. Manage and regularly update the organization’s database to ensure data accuracy and operational continuity.
